A scheduled check beats an emergency call every time
A system that gets checked twice a year, before summer cooling load and before the first cold snap of winter, tends to fail on a technician's schedule instead of on the hottest or coldest day of the year. That's the entire premise of the Comfort Club: regular scheduled maintenance and system checks, done before something breaks rather than diagnosed after it already has.
Members also move to the front of the queue when something does need a repair call, which matters most on exactly the days when everyone else in Covington is calling for the same reason.

10% off every HVAC service, not just the plan itself
Comfort Club membership carries a standing 10% discount on all HVAC services, so it isn't a plan that only pays for itself if nothing ever goes wrong. Every repair, every part, every service call while a member is under the same 10% reduction.
That stacks with the site's other published discounts for senior citizens, healthcare workers, first responders, teachers and military, which run at 5% off separately for military and senior customers.
Chapter 03
The same warranty terms, whether it's a repair or a full install
Comfort Club members and every other customer are covered by the same 10-year parts and labor warranty with no out-of-pocket costs, and new installs still carry the 2-year no-lemon guarantee regardless of membership. The plan changes how often a system gets looked at and where a member sits in the repair queue, not what's covered when something does need fixing.
Financing is available separately for anyone facing a full system replacement, through Service Finance, FTL Finance or Microf, whether or not a Comfort Club membership is already in place.
