Attic and closet change-outs, not just ground-level installs
A furnace or air handler change-out in an attic or a utility closet is a different job than a ground-level swap: tighter access, more rigging to get the old unit out and the new one in, and ductwork connections that have to be redone in a space built for the original equipment, not for a repeat visit.
One recent job replaced an old Rheem furnace with a new Lennox unit in exactly that setup, attic access and all, photographed before and after so the difference was on record, not just described.

Annual inspections before the cold sets in
A furnace that hasn't run since last winter is the worst time to find out a heat exchanger has a crack or an igniter is failing, which is why annual inspections are scheduled before the first cold snap rather than after a no-heat call.
